Service

We provide a missed-call response and booking system designed for plumbing businesses. When a call is missed (no answer/busy/unreachable), we send an instant SMS and capture the customer’s details and a chosen callback window (Morning / Afternoon / Emergency). After-hours messaging can be enabled.

Deliverables

  • Call routing setup (dedicated rescue number or conditional forwarding on missed calls)
  • Automated SMS response on missed calls
  • Customer reply capture (postcode + issue + name where provided)
  • Confirmation message and notification to the business
  • Fair use: includes up to 150 SMS/month unless otherwise agreed

Booking meaning

“Booked” refers to a callback window, not a fixed appointment or a priced job. You remain responsible for confirming availability, diagnosing the issue, pricing, and final scheduling.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, job volume, or conversion rates. We guarantee the system setup and the agreed deliverables.

Setup refund

If we cannot get the system working within 72 hours of receiving the required information/access (e.g., routing choice and forwarding confirmation), we will refund any setup fee paid.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and contact details via onboarding.
  • Choose a routing method and complete any required forwarding steps with your carrier/phone system (if using conditional forwarding).
  • Keep your destination phone number up to date so calls and notifications reach you.
  • Respond to leads promptly; missed-call rescue does not replace your duty to follow up.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Messaging compliance

Messages are transactional and include opt-out (STOP). You are responsible for ensuring your customer communications and record-keeping meet your legal and regulatory requirements.

Support boundaries

Requests outside the deliverables (e.g., general marketing, advertising, website rebuilds) are not included. If we agree to additional work, it may be billed separately.
