1) Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between Relauna (58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ; Office 6885) ("we", "us") and you ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2) The service
Relauna provides a missed-call response and SMS booking workflow. When configured, your mobile network forwards missed/busy/unreachable calls to your assigned Relauna number. Relauna then sends an automated SMS to the caller inviting them to book a callback slot and provide details. Activity is visible in Calls Tracker.
3) Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4) Setup responsibility
You are responsible for completing call forwarding setup on your phone/carrier using the instructions we provide. Carrier and handset behaviour varies. We do not guarantee identical forwarding behaviour across all networks, devices, voicemail configurations, or coverage areas.
5) Messaging compliance
Relauna's default messages are intended as service messages to facilitate callback booking. You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, deceptive messaging, or unlawful purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring your customer communications comply with applicable laws and regulations (including opt-out handling).
6) Subscription, billing and payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If payment fails, we may suspend service until payment is resolved.
7) Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
8) Telecom and delivery limitations
The service depends on telecom carriers and providers (including Twilio). Call forwarding, call delivery, SMS delivery, and timing may be impacted by factors outside our control (coverage, network restrictions, handset settings, carrier routing, anti-spam filtering, and provider outages).
9) Acceptable use
You must not:
- send or facilitate spam or unsolicited marketing texts without appropriate permissions;
- attempt to bypass opt-outs or suppression rules;
- interfere with service security, probe vulnerabilities, or abuse integrations;
- reverse engineer or resell the service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10) "Booked" meaning
"Booked" refers to a callback slot request / window, not a fixed appointment, priced job, or guaranteed availability. You remain responsible for confirming availability, diagnosing the issue, pricing, and final scheduling.
11) Intellectual property
Relauna and all related software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your subscription is active.
12) Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that every missed call will result in a successful SMS, that forwarding works identically on all networks/devices, or that the service will achieve specific business outcomes.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
14) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
