Yes. Calls ring you as normal. The SMS only triggers when the call is missed (no answer / busy / unreachable).
Do I need to change my number?⌄
No. You can either use a dedicated rescue number on your ads, or keep your existing number and enable conditional call forwarding so only missed calls route into the system.
What exactly gets booked?⌄
A callback slot. The customer picks a time and replies with their postcode + a quick note. You get the slot and details, then confirm anything else on the call.
